Tarte Grave3yard Girl Swamp Queen Palette
Tarte has re-released a limited edition eyes and cheeks palette in collaboration with Bunny from YouTube’s Grav3yard Girl!!!!
I received my palette for my birthday in August. It was available at Ulta. Now it is only available from Tarte Cosmetics website.
I fell in love with this palette!!!
It is bigger than I expected. The packaging is beautiful. The outside is a faux-wood pattern with the lettering in gold. It has a gator with wings. Yes, this Florida Gator was taken with that!
When you open the palette it is a shiny gold. The mirror is the whole inside of the palette. Written across the top of the mirror is: Believe in Yourself. Love Yourself. Embrace Your Individuality. Talk about daily affirmations! Wow.
The palette includes a soft, bamboo handled brush. And…the palette includes a plastic sheet to protect the powders. I can appreciate that!
I love how the names relate to Grav3yard Girl, Bunny’s life! On the left side of the palette are your cheek powders. Contour or Blush with Sweet Tea–a beautiful cider color with sparkle. Blush with Does This Thing Really Work?–a sparkly rose pink color. Drum roll please!! Gator Wings is a very sparkly highlight with gold shimmer. This is my favorite in the whole palette!
I feel like the palette is set up with the eyeshadows moving from left to right with the base/brow bone, lid cover and finally, the darkest shade being the contour. Of course, you can mix and match any way your little heart desires!
Going across the top: #SFS is a pinkish nude shimmer. Natural Peaches is just that; a matte peach. Dogman is a sparkly, dark reddish-orange matte.
Row two: Big Baby is a light matte finish. Sassy Bun is a beautiful bronze shimmer. Sippy Sippy is a very sparkly dark chocolate matte.
Row Three: Haunting is a very light pink shimmer with a hint of sparkle. Uncommom is a pretty taupe shimmer. Mancat is a deep purple matte.
Tarte Grav3yard Girl Swamp Queen Palette is all about shimmer and sparkle.
This is a perfect palette for the holidays! Order now because it is a limited edition only on Tarte Cosmetics website. It is $45.
Let me know if you own this palette…..or received it as a Christmas gift!
